Refunds are only processed for faulty or damaged items. Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery day. If 30days have gone by since the delivery day of your items, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund due to damaged items, email us quoting your order number. We may ask for your order confirmation email as proof of purchase and also photos of any damaged items.
Items cannot be refunded for change of mind or if you choose to cancel an order after arrival, unless items are damaged. If items are damaged on arrival, we will arrange a returns label for you and process an exchange/replacement.
Items in be inspired Boxes can be perishable and single use, so do not hold a warranty period.
If your Be Inspired Boxes order doesn't arrive, please contact us and we will check the status of your delivery. If the item is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund cannot be made. If your item doesn't arrive and the address was correct and complete, please contact us, quoting your order number for a refund or replacement.
If items are damaged, we will provide you with a prepaid returns label or ask you to keep/dispose of the damaged items. once evidence of damaged items has been received, we will provide a replacement or refund. We may not ask for damaged item to be returned to us.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us quoting your order number. We shall send you a pre-paid returns label and will arrange for the correct gift set to be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days of your initial contact.
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds;
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery Costs;
Tracked 48 - £4 ( to a single address)
Tracked 24 - £5, While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may take longer. For guaranteed delivery, choose special delivery.
Special delivery - £13.95, Guaranteed delivery before 1pm, Monday to Saturday. A signature is required.
If you place one order of multiple gifts but need delivery to multiple different addresses, we will need to charge you a postage fee for each address.
How long does delivery take?
Be Inspired Boxes are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Tracked 48 or guaranteed Special Delivery. Royal Mail tracked 24 post usually arrives the following working day however this is dependant on the Royal Mail and can take around 3 working days at busy times. Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 days to arrive the day after we dispatch. We dispatch Monday to Friday.
How soon do we dispatch?
When ordered before 2pm, Be Inspired Boxes are dispatched the same day Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm will be posted the following working day. There is no dispatch/shipping on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Tracking your parcel;
Tracking numbers will be sent automatically via Royal Mail emails after dispatch.If your Be inspired Boxes order doesn't arrive in 4 working days, please Contact Us and we will check the status of your delivery and arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.
Lost Parcels;
if the item is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refund or replacement cannot be made. Until an item is returned to us by Royal Mail due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee of £4-5 will be requested from the customer before a replacement can be shipped.
